Guest Bedroom 1
This spacious bedroom is furnished with a hand made super king bed (seven feet x seven feet), and a fully tiled
en-suite bathroom complete with a two-person electric shower with a bow front enclosure. The room overlooks the
conservatory and the stream, and looks across to the oak-lined trees on the edge of the garden.
Guest Bedroom 2
This lovely spacious bedroom has windows that look into the driveway to the front, and into the gardens to the
rear. A wonderfully comfortable queen-sized bed is complemented by a fully tiled en-suite bathroom with a two-person
power shower.
The Breakfast Room
A large comfortable room with a Jacobean fireplace, the Breakfast Room features a long mahogany table and very
comfortable high-back Jacobean dining chairs. A door from the Breakfast Room leads into:
The Conservatory
This runs almost the whole length of the house, over forty feet (13 metres) and is close to the waterfall and
stream. The conservatory is furnished with comfortable wicker chairs and tables, and is a lovely spot to while away
the odd hour or two with a cup of tea or coffee and a good book or magazine (each room contains a bookcase with books
for you to enjoy during your stay with us). Tea (including fruit teas) and coffee are available on request at no
extra charge.

Single occupancy of double room £40 per night bed & breakfast.
Please note that we do not have the facility to change the bed styles to single beds - we have gone to great lengths
to buy the finest mattresses to ensure your comfort and rest while you stay with us.
We do not charge VAT
Terms of payment: we do not accept credit cards. Cash (UK pounds sterling), personal cheques accompanied by relevant
bank cards (within the authorised limit of the card), traveller's cheques (in UK pounds sterling) are all welcome as payment.
Cancellation Policy: We do not take deposits, but if you cancel the room less than 48 hours from the date of
arrival, we reserve the right to charge for the first night's accommodation assuming we do not secure another booking
to cover the cost of your reservation.
